The best thing to flavor meat is fruit. The tender and sour taste really enriches any kind of animal meat. With this in mind, we are ready to bring you delicious sauce recipes that can be made with fruit.

1. Cherry sauce

This sauce goes well with turkey, chicken or white fish. Of course, you should experiment first. For example, it can be mixed with lamb first.

  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200 milliliters of dry red wine
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic

Cooking method:

If using frozen cherries, thaw them first and remove the seeds. Then pour the wine into the pot and put it on a gentle fire. When the wine boils, add sugar, cloves of garlic and black pepper and let the mixture boil for five minutes. Now put the cherries in the pan and fry for five minutes.

Heat the flour in a dry pan with a little water. When the color of the flour changes, add the heated wine. Cook the flour with the wine over low heat until it thickens, don’t forget to stir. Finally, add all the ingredients, add ground black pepper, stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
