5 drinks to wake you up in the morning

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger /ground/
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk /low fat/

How to do it:

  1. Tea extraction: fry the tea leaves in a pan with all the spices. Meanwhile, 2 cups of water are boiled. After frying for a minute, put it in water and boil it. Wait 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
  2. Remove the tea from the heat and let it cool for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and milk to the tea.
  4. Put the tea back on the heat and immediately remove it as soon as it begins to boil.
  5. Strain the tea and drink it.

2. Viennese coffee

This is a true classic morning drink that is popular in the West. Because it can be a real “refresher” in addition to being really tasty, business people use it almost all the time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 spoons of coffee extract
  • 50 grams of butter cream
  • 24 grams of sugar

How to do it:

  1. Whip the cream thoroughly.
  2. Brew the coffee. It is better to cook it on the stove.
  3. Pour the finished coffee into a cup and add the cream.

Tip: If you are in a hurry to work in the morning, you can buy ready-made buttercream.

3. Mexican Chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper (you can do half)
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 135 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 ml of sour cream

How to do it :

  1. Break the chocolate, put it in a pot with sugar and boil it.
  2. When the chocolate melts and the sugar dissolves, add the cream, ground cinnamon and pepper.
  3. If the chocolate is too thick, you can add cream.
  4. After boiling, immediately drink it hot. If it is bitter, add sugar.

4. Normandy Coffee

Normandy coffee is very special because of its fruit juice. It may sound like that, but this drink has a very unique taste and can give a person real energy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of strong black coffee (double espresso, etc.)
  • 2 cups of apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 3 slices of orange (thinly sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to do it :

  1. First brew your coffee. The coffee should be very strong, so it should be brewed thickly.
  2. Put all other ingredients in another pot and cook. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook for ten minutes
  3. Then pour the coffee over the boiling ingredients and make a cup.
  4. If it is bitter, you can add sugar.

5. Non-alcoholic egg cocktail

In general, the classic egg cocktail is made with rum, but it’s a waste to drink alcohol in the morning, especially on a weekday. Therefore, we present to you a recipe for making a refreshing drink without any alcohol content. Everything is very simple. Interestingly, if you drink this drink at night, it will not rob you of sleep, but it will help you rest better by relaxing your body.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 bottle of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to do it :

  1. Mix milk, cinnamon and condensed milk in a bowl. Put the mixture on fire and boil well.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Then mix the eggs until foamy.
  3. Add the eggs little by little to the boiled milk and mix well. Then heat the mixture over medium heat.
  4. Heat the above mixture for about 3-4 minutes, be sure to stir to prevent sticking. When the milk thickens, add the cream, nuts and vanilla extract and reheat.
