1. Duck sauce

  1. Just mix the ingredients well and heat it in a pan.
  2. Red wine can be replaced with vinegar if desired.

2. Spicy sauce

This sauce is quite spicy, so the base ingredient, Chili Pepper, can be reduced as much as desired.

 

Ingredients:

  • 50 gm of chili pepper
  • 400 ml of water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 300 ml of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt as desired

How to do it:

  1. Add the chilies to the boiling water. Cover the pot and press down with something to boil it well. Leave the peppers there for about ten minutes, until they are soft.
  2. Blend the chilies and garlic in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add vinegar, lemon juice and salt to the dough.

3. Salad dressing

With the help of this sauce, you can make even simple vegetables taste amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 30 g of lemon juice
  • 4 spoons of honey
  • 2 spoons of mustard
  • Salt and pepper as desired

How to do it:

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Chop and fry the garlic. After a minute, pour the garlic oil on top.
  3. Pour white wine into a pan with melted butter, then add the rest of the ingredients and heat for a minute.
  4. Put the sauce in the container you want and mix well.

4. Emulsen sauce

Emulsion is recommended for special occasions because it contains Saffron, one of the rarest and most expensive spices in the world.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 30 g of onion
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 200 g of fat
  • 1/4 tablespoon of saffron
  • 1/4 tablespoon of salt.

How to do it:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Chop the onion and add it to the oil. Saute until the onions are translucent, about two minutes.
  3. Add cream, fat, saffron and salt to the butter and boil on high heat.
  4. When all the ingredients are melted, reduce the heat and stir well. Stir for about ten minutes until the sauce turns pale yellow and thickens slightly

5. Blue cheese sauce

Cheese sauce goes well with grilled meats and vegetables. If you want your food to have a more “strong” taste, choose blue cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of blue cheese
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • Noise /as much as you want.

How to do it:

  1. Put the cheese in a bowl, put the mayonnaise on top and mix well.
  2. Add vinegar as desired and mix again.

If desired, you can add chopped sweet pepper or hot pepper.

6. Japanese ginger sauce

  • 40 g of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy vinegar

7. Sichuan sauce

Originating from the Sichuan region of China, almost every Chinese household makes its own recipe for this sauce. Here is the recipe for making it in the best possible way in our conditions.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of diluted alcohol
  • 4 tablespoons of chili vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • red pepper
  • Soy vinegar
  • ginger

How to do it:

  1. Cut the garlic and heat it in a frying pan.
  2. To taste the garlic, mix white vinegar, soy vinegar, alcohol, pepper, sugar, red pepper and garlic.
  3. Stir well and boil the mixture for five minutes.
